WHAT YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE You are the go-to person for guest satisfaction. You welcome arrivals personally when needed. You follow up on feedback. You coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen or entertainment if something needs improvement. You step into situations calmly when a guest feels disappointed. You turn small frustrations into positive solutions. You are not reacting all day. You are preventing dissatisfaction. And that makes you essential.
