You support guests throughout their stay, answer questions, handle feedback and help resolve issues in a friendly and professional way. You work closely with reception, entertainment and hotel management to ensure high service standards and a positive overall guest journey. Your role directly influences how guests remember their holiday.  Good to know This is a full-time seasonal position with living and working on site at the resort. What you need for this role For this role, previous experience in hospitality, guest relations or customer service is important.
