We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience handling end-to-end recruiting in Gen AI, ML, and Data Engineering . Our recruiting team is one of the most crucial functions within the organization, as recruiters play a key role in driving successful organizational growth. You will have the opportunity to hire consultants for cutting-edge jobs in data science, AI, machine learning, and analytics. Growth opportunities include building a talent team and owning the recruiting activity for a line of business or an entire vertical. This position is 100% remote, with availability required to operate in  Eastern Standard Time (EST)  hours. Must-Have Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Availability to work in EST hours Experience in US hiring, particularly for GenAI, ML, and Data Engineering roles Proven understanding of work authorization processes for North America Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong stakeholder management ability Experience working for a consulting company with global operations (US, India) highly preferred Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving requirements Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and self-motivated Enthusiastic, personable, and positive attitude toward team collaboration Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruiting for the Tiger Analytics team in the US and Canada Source, screen, and schedule interviews with panel members and hiring managers Create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for upcoming roles Maintain the ATS, collect feedback, and calibrate the hiring process Engage and attract talent across levels—from senior consultants to leadership roles Manage interview, offer, and negotiation stages in partnership with hiring managers Build partnerships with external recruiting firms and contractors
