NeoWork is seeking a dedicated and passionate People Manager to oversee our human resources functions in Colombia. The People Manager will be the key point of contact for all employee-related matters and will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's objectives. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and has a strategic mindset in driving HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HR matters and company policies. Lead the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews. Develop and implement performance management processes that drive employee engagement and professional development. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and competencies. Monitor employee satisfaction and implement programs to foster a positive work environment. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in Colombia. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees. Manage employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution. Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management to inform decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in human resources management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws and HR best practices. Demonstrated ability to implement HR strategies and initiatives. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
