Receptionist B The Role: The Receptionist B at Domes Resorts is responsible for ensuring a smooth operation during their shift at the front desk of our hotel. They are responsible for providing high-quality customer service, assisting guests with inquiries, and performing administrative duties related to front desk operations. Some of the responsibilities: Guest Service ·        Greeting guests warmly providing a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk. ·        Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner. ·        Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, room amenities, local attractions, transportation, and other requests. Communication and Coordination ·        Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest requests (e.g., room preferences, special accommodation). ·        Provide feedback and relay important information from guests to supervisors or other departments. ·        Upsell room upgrades and additional services to maximize revenue. Administrative Tasks ·        Answer phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication professionally and courteously. ·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions, bookings, and financial transactions. ·        Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and ensure accuracy in daily cash flow reports Front Desk Operations ·        Assist in maintaining the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms). ·        Follow checklists to ensure all front desk functions are completed during shifts. ·        Help monitor and ensure guest safety and privacy by adhering to the hotel's security policies. Useful to have: ·        Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality is preferred. ·        Previous experience in front office or guest services, in a luxury hospitality environment. ·        Knowledge of the English language, a second language will be considered a plus. ·        Proficiency with property management systems (Opera) and other hotel-related software. ·        Building positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and visitors. What you will bring: ·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing interactions with both guests and staff. ·        Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. ·        A problem-solving approach with an eye for detail as the ability to think on one’s feet and address challenges ·        Respect for diversity and inclusion in a professional setting.
