Aulus Lindos Rhodes We are currently hiring for All-Inclusive Suites in Rhodes | Family Suites at Aulūs Lindos Rhodes , an ultimate luxury boutique 5* resort, located Dodecanese.   Guest Relations Agent The Role:  The Guest Relations Agent at Domes Resorts is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring that their stay is enjoyable and memorable. The Guest Relations Agent acts as a liaison between guests and the hotel team, addressing any inquiries or concerns while promoting hotel services and amenities.  Some of the responsibilities:  Promoting Hotel Services  Actively promote hotel amenities, services, and packages to enhance the guest experience.  Organize and facilitate guest engagement activities and events.  Upsell room upgrades and additional services to maximize revenue.  Promote Hotel Facilities such as restaurants, bars, spa etc.  Complaint Resolution  Address guest complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a swift resolution to maintain guest satisfaction.  Follow up with guests to ensure their concerns have been fully resolved.  Communication   Maintain effective communication with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.  Update guests on hotel services, special offers, and events.  Provide personalized assistance and respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.  Record Keeping  Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and special requests in the hotel management system.  Prepare reports on guest satisfaction and service trends for management review.  Concierge Services  Assist guests with reservations, recommendations for local attractions, dining, and transportation.  Coordinate special requests, such as room preferences, celebrations, or specific amenities.  Useful to have:  Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in hospitality is preferred.  Previous experience in front office or guest services in luxury hospitality environment.  Knowledge of the English language, a second language will be considered a plus.  Proficiency with property management systems (Opera) and other hotel-related software.  What you will bring:  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing interactions with both guests and staff.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with professionalism.  Ability to resolve guest complaints or concerns effectively and promptly.  Quickly adjusting to changing guest expectations or operational challenges.  Managing multiple guest interactions or requests simultaneously while maintaining quality.
