How you will contribute to SLM's vision We're on the lookout for a dynamic Operations Driver Success Specialist to strengthen our Operations teams in the Athens Area. In this role, you'll lead our Drivers, providing daily support and training. You'll manage tasks promptly, from handling driver portfolios to analyzing feedback and proposing improvements. Adaptability and self-motivation are crucial in this ever-evolving environment. As an Operations Driver Success Specialist, you'll empower our Drivers to exceed customer expectations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. What you will be doing Serve as a key liaison for our Drivers, offering unwavering support and guidance ( e.g. daily check in, driver's app training,support via chat/calls,merchant support,monitoring driver's route etc) Assist in the warehouse traffic management plan and execution Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, HR and Support teams to receive and keep track of Drivers' assessment and overall performance Observe, review and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made (e.g. daily loading procedure) Your Skills & Experience Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Experience in a fast-paced working environment Familiarity with business software applications Previous experience in Logistics or Operations is considered a strong plus Skills Excellent communication skills High bar for accuracy and detail Sense of ownership and autonomy Strong multitasking and time-management skills Teamwork Above all, a genuine passion for delivering unparalleled experiences to our customers
