Ready to lead a high-performing service team? As a Senior Team Leader , you will drive service excellence, support your team’s growth, and ensure outstanding customer delivery aligned with TCIS standards. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and motivate the success team to meet and exceed service targets. Act as the first point of escalation for agents and customers, resolving issues quickly and effectively. Monitor performance, identify training needs, and foster continuous improvement. Promote a collaborative, professional, and customer-focused team culture. What You Bring 2+ years’ experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, Telco, or similar. 2–3 years’ proven team leadership experience. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and people-management skills. Experience with Microsoft Office and ticketing/SaaS tools. Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
