Position Summary Under general supervision, the Building Cleaner performs cleaning tasks and operates various types of cleaning equipment for assigned buildings. Key Duties & Responsibilities Arrive on time and ready to perform shift duties Clean offices and work areas Empty trash and replace liners Clean windows and windowsills Vacuum, dust/sweep, and mop floors and stairs Clean and maintain restrooms, ensuring all areas are sanitary, stocked, and ready for use Maintain clean and organized janitorial closets Must be 18 years or older and able to successfully pass a background check Must be reliable, work at a fast pace, and have strong attention to detail Commercial cleaning experience is a plus Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor directions Follow building or customer-specific COVID protocols HS Diploma or GED Must speak fluent English Physical Requirements: Walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive cleaning motions; utilizing cleaning equipment and supplies; lifting up to 35 lbs. Schedule: Monday - Saturdays Working hours: Morning Shift ( To be discussed )
