Living nearby is a plus, but not required.   What We're Looking For:  • A reliable professional who can work a consistent 11:00am–7:00pm schedule, with occasional morning or evening shifts when needed  • Someone who can oversee day porters and evening porters to ensure quality standards are met  • A “working supervisor” mindset — willing to jump in, clean when needed, and support floor work  • Strong problem-solving and light handyman abilities  • Bilingual skills are a plus  • Willingness to obtain forklift certification (we’ll help)   Key Responsibilities:  • Oversee daily cleaning operations and support staff  • Manage consumables/supply control  • Perform weekly safety inspections (including eye wash stations)  • Replace or repair lighting and ensure emergency exit signage is operational  • High-dusting tasks using lifts  • Maintain and refresh facility items such as shower curtains and countertop coatings  • Support additional facility needs as they arise   High school diploma required. 3+ years of prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations. Commercial janitorial services industry experience preferred. Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement. Proficient in MS Office, Outlook/Task Manager CRM experience a plus!
