Collaborate with the Sales team as you familiarize yourself with the bid process and follow-up communications while developing your expertise. Here’s a glimpse of your weekly activities: Identify potential sales targets by proactively making phone calls, visiting your territory, and reaching out via email to business owners, facility managers, property managers, and decision-makers to create sales opportunities. Are you familiar with using CRM systems and email platforms? Excellent! If you also enjoy leveraging social media and marketing, that’s a huge plus! By successfully meeting your goals, you have the chance to get PROMOTED , earning even more incentive compensation ($100k+) . Let your creativity shine as you schedule appointments with prospects, reconnect with lost accounts, and analyze our competitors to spot their weaknesses and our opportunities! Working Conditions NOT a work from home position. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Casual Business Dress Team environment Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of successful sales and/or support work experience in a B2B sales environment. Cold calling/prospecting experience is a plus! Good attitude a MUST! Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platform experience a plus Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Prior history of building and establishing relationships Capable of working independently or in a team
