We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Housekeeping Supervisor to work with our Rooms team at Delonix Hotel Karawang. Responsibilities Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments. Communicate issues to next shift. Complete required paperwork. Graduated from bachelor of Accounting/ Hospitality degree. Excellent command of spoken and written is necessary, both English and Bahasa Indonesia Posses previous housekeeping experience as Supervisor Have a good health condition Must be flexible in working hours subject to season and occupancy Indonesian citizen only
