AYANA Hospitality is excited to offer the position of Korean Guest Relation Officer (Native/Speaker) at our stunning AYANA Komodo resort. This role is critical in cultivating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they receive premium service throughout their stay. You will use your language skills and hospitality expertise to create memorable experiences. Responsibilities Review arrival lists to welcome guests Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions) Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages) Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relation Manager when needed Ensure compliance with health and quality standards Fluent in Korean (with a minimum TOPIK Level 4 certification for Korean speakers), and strong command of the English language Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or a related discipline is required. While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
