Riverside Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Staff Golf Operations - Marshal to join our dedicated team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of play on the golf course while providing an outstanding experience for our members and guests. As a Marshal, your focus will be on maintaining the pace of play, enforcing golf etiquette, and offering assistance to players. Responsibilities Monitor the course to ensure a smooth pace of play and adherence to club rules. Assist and encourage players, providing support and guidance as needed. Address any course-related issues and communicate effectively with golf operations staff. Enforce golf etiquette and ensure a respectful environment for all players. Assist with course setup and other operational duties as required. Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere on the course. Female, age max. 24 years old Min. High school or equivalent Familiar with operating a computer Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus Relevant experience in golf operations or a customer service role preferred Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor Good knowledge of golf etiquette and rules Ability to handle dynamic situations calmly and professionally Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
