Delonix Karawang part of AYANA Hospitality is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the Mandarin-speaking market, while driving revenue growth for our hotels and resorts. Your ability to build relationships with clients and understand their needs will be essential to your success. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in Mandarin-speaking markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partner agencies to promote loyalty and repeat business. Deliver sales presentations and proposals that address client needs and highlight our unique offerings. Respond promptly to inquiries, providing exceptional service and accurate information. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and promotions for Mandarin clients. Analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports and forecasts for management review. Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies. Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) and proficient in English. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry or a similar environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to selling. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
