À propos du poste Nous recherchons un(e) Analyste M&A hautement motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe de Développement Corporate. Cette personne jouera un rôle clé dans l’évaluation des opportunités d’acquisition, la conduite des processus de due diligence et le soutien aux initiatives d’intégration post-acquisition. Il s’agit d’une opportunité idéale pour un profil doté d’une forte capacité d’analyse financière, d’une grande curiosité intellectuelle et d’un véritable esprit d’initiative souhaitant acquérir une expérience concrète sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie des transactions M&A, en collaboration étroite avec des responsables d’investissement seniors. This individual will play a key role in evaluating acquisition opportunities, leading due diligence initiatives, and supporting post-acquisition integration efforts. This is an opportunity for someone with strong financial acumen, intellectual curiosity, and an ownership mindset to gain hands-on experience across the full M&A lifecycle while working closely with senior investment leaders. Key Responsibilities Perform pre-due diligence financial and operational analysis on acquisition targets Lead and manage full due diligence workstreams (financial, commercial, operational) Build and refine financial models; perform QoE, working capital analysis, and other critical assessments Support integration planning and execution, collaborating with internal and portfolio company teams Develop insights and deliver clear recommendations to senior investment leaders Assist with internal investment memos and presentations Join calls with sellers, advisors, and internal stakeholders Qualifications 0–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, transaction advisory, or a related field Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Experience with financial statement analysis and due diligence processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
