On connaît une forte croissance avec une excellente adéquation produit-marché et un marché largement inexploité devant nous.  À propos du poste  Fulltime est à la recherche d'un(e) Concepteur(trice) de conversations IA pour prendre en charge la façon dont nos agents vocaux IA sonnent, se comportent et performent dans le monde réel. Il ne suffit pas de déployer un agent IA et de passer à autre chose. Les meilleures expériences IA exigent une conception, des tests et un raffinement continus tout au long du cycle de vie client.  Au sein de notre équipe, vous travaillerez à l'intersection du succès client, du produit et de l'IA pour concevoir et optimiser les conversations vocales qui représentent les entreprises de nos clients 24 h/24 et 7 j/7. Votre travail influencera directement la façon dont les propriétaires d'entreprises de métiers vivent Fulltime, et comment leurs clients les perçoivent.  Ce que vous ferez Dans ce rôle, vous allez :  Concevoir et optimiser les flux de conversation vocale IA qui correspondent aux vrais processus et objectifs des entreprises de métiers  Intégrer les nouveaux clients en construisant et configurant leurs agents IA de A à Z  Maintenir des boucles de rétroaction rapides avec les clients et l'équipe produit pour améliorer continuellement la performance des agents  Mener des recherches et des analyses pour comprendre ce qui rend les conversations IA efficaces et où elles échouent  Traduire les insights clients en recommandations concrètes pour le déploiement IA et l'amélioration du produit  Agir comme conseiller(ère) de confiance auprès des clients sur les meilleures pratiques de conception de conversations IA  Votre profil ressemble à ceci :  4 ans et plus d'expérience pertinente en succès client, produit, consultation, conception conversationnelle ou un rôle similaire  Capacité à combiner une approche qualitative et une rigueur analytique : vous comprenez les utilisateurs et mesurez les résultats  Excellentes compétences en communication : vous pouvez faire le pont entre les contextes techniques et d'affaires  À l'aise dans des environnements en évolution rapide et ambigus où vous définissez les problèmes autant que vous les résolvez  Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral  Un atout si vous avez :  Une expérience préalable dans la conception de chatbots, d'agents vocaux ou de flux d'interaction humain-IA  Une expérience concrète avec des outils IA de pointe dans des contextes entreprise ou orientés clients  Une familiarité avec l'industrie des métiers spécialisés ou des services à domicile  Pourquoi nous rejoindre ? Your work will directly shape how trade business owners experience Fulltime, and how their customers experience them.  What You'll Do In this role, you will:  Design and optimize voice AI conversation flows that map to real workflows and goals of trade businesses  Onboard new customers by building and configuring their AI agents from the ground up  Run fast feedback loops with customers and the product team to continuously improve agent performance  Conduct research and analysis to uncover what makes AI conversations effective and where they break down  Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for AI deployment and product improvements  Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on conversational AI design best practices  Your background looks something like this:  4+ years of relevant experience in customer success, product, consulting, conversational design, or a similar role  Strong ability to blend qualitative insight with analytical rigor: you understand users and you measure outcomes  Excellent communication skills: you can bridge technical and business contexts with ease  Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you define problems as much as you solve them  Fluency in English and French, written and verbal  Even better if you have:  Prior experience designing chatbots, voice agents, or human-AI interaction flows  Hands-on experience with frontier AI tools in enterprise or customer-facing settings  Familiarity with the trades or home services industry  Why Join Us?
