We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Specialist – Products & Solutions to develop, enhance, and maintain business-critical digital applications. In this role, you will be part of an agile development team delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. As a Specialist Products & Solutions, you will work across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) - including designing, developing, documenting, testing, deploying, and supporting web-based and enterprise business applications. You will also contribute to AI-enabled solutions, automation initiatives, and intelligent system integrations to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. What Specialist Products & Solutions does? Responsible for Web/Desktop Application Development Responsible for RESTful API & Microservices Development Responsible for AI-based feature integration (chatbots, automation, predictive insights) Responsible for end-to-end Process Automation and Optimization Responsible for database design, performance tuning, and query optimization Participate in testing, deployment, DevOps, and post-deployment support What are we looking for and what does it require to be Specialist Products & Solutions? 1–3 years of experience in software/web development Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field Experience working with enterprise applications (Preferred) Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts or AI API integrations (Preferred) Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology (Preferred) Technical skills Microsoft .NET 6 / .NET 7 / .NET 8 (Latest LTS) ASP.NET Core (6 or above) .NET Framework 4.8 (for legacy system support) Entity Framework Core Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022, SSIS, TSQL, Stored Procedure writing ASP.NET REST API / Minimal APIs React / Vue / Angular UI, Bootstrap, jQuery Git (Version Control) Azure Services (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps) CI/CD pipelines Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Code Analysis and Deployment AI API Integrations (e.g., OpenAI APIs, Azure AI Services, ML model consumption via APIs) Soft skills A positive and enthusiastic individual Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-learner with growth mindset Takes ownership and accountability Can-do attitude Team player with strong communication skills Adaptability to emerging technologies including AI
