Lead the planning and implementation of key omnichannel customer engagement projects by coordinating cross-functional resources, tracking execution progress, and regularly reporting project outcomes to drive the continuous rollout and optimization of the omnichannel strategy. 2. Work closely with cross-functional colleagues to jointly plan and execute digital marketing activities across the company’s engagement channels (including in-person visits, WeChat, meetings, etc.), with the goal of enhancing customer interaction quality and strengthening brand influence. 3. Digital platform project operation of strategic products, including years of video promotion strategy, classification and follow-up, follow-up of the effect of the promotion platform, etc. 4. Statistical analysis of the regional implementation of strategic projects of the Central Marketing Department, and optimizing feedback for better resource integration 5. Design and analyze national HCP education programs/project operations and timely feedback and adjustments 6. Responsible for the operation of national/regional key conferences Knowledge, skills, experience and education 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, proficient in English 2. Relevant project management experience/market strategy plan maker experience is preferred 3. Active logical analysis ability and expression ability 4.
