You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations. How you will contribute You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team. E, para isso, temos um Comitê de Diversidade que atua em quatro frentes, Pessoas com deficiência (PCD), Étnico-Racial, Mulheres e LGBTQIAP+, além de fazer parte do MOVER - Movimento pela Equidade Racial. – Apoiar a construção e implementação da estratégia de Capabilities das áreas de Vendas e Marketing, alinhada às prioridades e metas de negócio. – Coordenar programas de treinamento e trilhas de desenvolvimento para diferentes níveis da área de Vendas e Marketing (campo, supervisão, gerência). – Mapear gaps de competências em parceria com líderes e propor soluções de desenvolvimento. – Atuar na organização e governança de calendários de treinamento, fornecedores e parceiros externos. – Monitorar indicadores de participação, engajamento e efetividade das iniciativas de capacitação. – Utilizar análise de dados (Excel e outras ferramentas) para gerar insights, cruzar informações e apoiar decisões de negócio. Requisitos – Experiência prévia em Sales Capabilities, Treinamento & Desenvolvimento ou Business Partner atendendo a área comercial. – Forte leitura de negócio e entendimento de dinâmica comercial. – Vivência em ambientes corporativos estruturados (preferencialmente multinacionais de bens de consumo ). – Experiência com desenho ou coordenação de programas de treinamento. – Capacidade de organização e gestão de múltiplas iniciativas simultaneamente. – Capacidade analítica, com domínio de Excel para cruzamento e leitura de dados e geração de insights. – Boa comunicação e capacidade de influência. – Excel intermediário/avançado (diferencial). – Inglês avançado. – Formação superior em andamento ou concluída em Psicologia, Administração, RH ou áreas correlatas. A posição está baseada em São Paulo, SP (modelo híbrido).
