Job Description:   Responsibilities: Prepare, clean, and structure detailed excel databooks using financial statements, trial balances, and MIS. Build schedules and summaries for trend analysis. Assist senior team members with preparing supporting analysis for reports, preliminary findings and observations. Maintain accurate work papers aligned with due diligence methodology. Ensure high attention to detail, especially in Excel formulas, links, and data flow. Manage time effectively to meet tight client deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required CA inter or MBA preferred. Prior experience in transaction services or with Big 4 is an advantage. Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently. Creative problem solving, critical thinking and research skills Outstanding organization and project management skills. Ability to take direction, and exercise sound judgment, tact and diplomacy Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills. Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
