In this leadership role, you are an internal technical master at the line level who ensures the line team is performing at a level that sustains and improves business results on one or more of 6 stars model. You model priority setting, manage the plan-do-check-adjust cycle and provide coaching and training for your team. Your Responsibilities: Developing and implementing production standard processes (based on LEAN ). Engaging company employees in process efficiency initiatives. Promoting the submission and implementation of continuous improvement ideas. Organizing training on standards and waste reduction for employees. We Expect You To Have: A university degree (Engineering or similar education would be an advantage). Work experience and practical knowledge of   LEAN methodology. Flexible communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to build a team to solve problems together. Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
