Provides business analysis, functional and/or operational support within assigned network areas. Works on or manages projects to determine network solution requirements from both a business and operational perspective and ensure those requirements underpin system design, development and enhancement decisions. Coordinates system related change and testing activity,  ensuring appropriate focus on end user customer and/or business needs and expectations.     Qualifications   Monitors information on all network sites, analyzes network monitoring tools and identifies component deterioration. Responds to incident notifications and alerts, identifying and resolving issues with customer and/or infrastructure impact. Performs troubleshooting and data gathering to identify and resolve issues in an efficient manner. Ensures proper escalation to technology operations teams and local systems technicians. Performs scheduled maintenance monitoring of critical applications by checking status, operations and return to service.
