You will execute initiatives through I2M and IIM processes for the site and ensure effective execution, coordination, tracking & communication of change as it relates to new and existing products, packaging and processes for the plant. How you will contribute You will: Support Project Development / Execution: Execute initiatives through I2M/IIM (Innovation 2 Market; Initiative Management), Provide critical inputs to the site BD leader (specifically for IIM Design Reviews (DR2 – DR6)); From Design reviews-DR 4 onwards execute project activities on the site; Master data creation, Art Work, Raw/Pack Material availability, Track timings – and report to project team. Organize trials and FPA’s (e.g. materials, team logistics etc.). Communication and execution of promotional activities within the I2M process. Support ongoing business simplification: Provide inputs to Site BD leader to support Integration of overall site change management agenda to ensure delivery of projects while maintaining service levels. Coordination (planning and tracking) with all plant departments for plant trials, key project activities. Status tracking and communication of Plant activities key Cross functional team members (external to the plant). Work on the de-complexity agenda and support the delivery of the site productivity and improvement agenda. Ensure execution of regional /global menu cards and ensure that manufacturing hurdle rates are met. Support site BD Leader to Manage the interfaces with the category PCMs, be responsible for the timely execution of new initiatives and business related projects using IIM methodology; Coordinates effectively with Operations Core team to setup VSU teams for the projects and with the Engineering team to manage startup and construction activities for the projects. What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Strong operational & manufacturing experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards Possess financial & business acumen, project management skills and Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment, Technology & Engineering automation basics. Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP systems. Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills. More about this role Gestión de Procesos de Trabajo de AM de manera Analítica y enfocada. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos de trabajo de AM en las líneas/áreas asignadas. Asegurar la gestión de la línea a través de un equipo autónomo. Contribuir a las certificaciones en las que participe la planta dentro de su línea/área asignada. Seguimiento y cumplimiento al Plan Integrado de Actividades de las líneas/áreas asignadas para implementación de IL6S. Garantizar el conocimiento en la metodología asignada de todos los colaboradores de la planta. (5Ss, centerlines, anormalidades, entre otras.) Participar en organización y entrega de entrenamientos de IL6S (Overview, por pilar, por WP) según se requiera de acuerdo al master plan. Asistir a la DMS II y GTA de las líneas/áreas asignadas y cumplir con los acuerdos que ahí se generen. Entrenador y Coach en habilidades de liderazgo y habilidades de Am para punta estrella de liderazgo. Coach de las Puntas Estrella en los diferentes procesos de trabajo de AM para cada uno de los pilares. Garantizar el correcto llenado de los formatos referidos al área de producción. Seguimiento y cumplimiento a los procesos de RRHH (Gestión de desempeño, engagement, reconocimientos, entre otras), correspondientes a KRONOS cumpliendo los requisitos de control interno para las Puntas Estrella de Liderazgo. Garantizar la certificación de las puntas estrellas, así como la asignación de back ups, de los diferentes pilares. (En conjunto con Punta Estrella de liderazgo, Line Lead y Coach de Pilar) Revisiones periódicas de planes entrenamiento/ RACI de las puntas estrellas. Seguimiento y validación de la Planeación de eventos am- pm de la línea. Participar en pilar táctico AM y gestionar al menos un Proceso de Trabajo de AM. Education / Certifications: Título universitario en ingeniería. (Química, Alimentos, Mecánica, Industrial, Electrónica) Conocimientos de inglés (deseable). Conocimiento IL6S (TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, HPWS) Job specific requirements: De 1 a 2 años en Planta Manufacturera (Deseable Alimentos, planta con TPM y/o Lean manufacturing, WCM) Manejo de personal Resolución de problemas de forma estratégica. Comunicación efectiva a todos los niveles. Trabajo en equipo. Oportuna toma de decisiones. Gestión Proyecto Conocimiento IL6S (TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, HPWS) Habilidad de entrenador para desarrollar en ellos habilidades técnicas y prácticas, así como para dar coaching a equipos.
