You will be responsible for finite scheduling of SKUs on specific manufacturing assets. You will work with a supply planner to execute the master plan and make weekly adjustments to ensure product quantities are produced on time. You will be closely linked to plant operations and ensure line performance, planned downtime, and staffing assumptions are communicated to the supply planner. How you will contribute You will: Maintain master data in company systems to ensure there is a constant stream of accurate information for the blackout calendar including min lot size/rounding values, production versions, master recipes/BOMs; run rates, loss factors and changeover matrices Convert weekly supply planning orders to production planning and detailed scheduling orders as production plans roll into the finite window Hold weekly scheduling meetings with product supply to determine necessary changes to the plant’s production schedule Work cross-functionally to ensure that labor, material, and operational inputs can support the aligned schedule. Hold internal scheduling meetings with all key team members Sequence production planning and detailed scheduling in the finite window to reflect production plans for deployment Create and close process orders for each week’s production and adjust daily as necessary Manage master compliance to schedule by ensuring short-, medium- and long-term plans are equivalent to process orders in the current week What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Materials, supply chain, finite scheduling, warehousing experience in a manufacturing business Able to work on key priorities and improving the plan Problem-solving and analytical skills – and able to understand and interpret data Team player who can work with other functions on a daily basis Más información sobre este rol Habilidades: Experiencia Laboral Funcional (Supply Planning). Capacidad para evaluar diferentes escenarios de la cadena de suministro. Conocimiento de Excel / Macro / Power BI / Planning / SAP. Nivel de inglés nivel intermedio. Experiencia en Planning: restricción de capacidades, gestión de inventario, cálculos, producción. Demostrar excelentes habilidades para la resolución de problemas. Funciones: Seguimiento de la producción, entregas y sincronización E2E. Seguimiento de la planificación diaria de la producción de la planta de Lima y reprogramación de contenedores AM y PM. Generación de órdenes de compra y órdenes de compra (STO) para el cliente desde SAP ECC. Comunicación semanal/diaria con el almacén y Comex sobre cambios en el plan de exportaciones.   Visibilidad del pronóstico del plan de exportaciones para las próximas semanas (forecast estimado). Procesamiento de datos maestros. Informes de KPI. Colaboración con las partes interesadas relevantes para la creación de planes de acción y análisis de causa raíz (RCA) para KPI no conformes. Visibilidad y seguimiento de clientes MTS y MTO. Proyección de DBNR para ayudar a MPS a mejorar el ritmo y la secuencia. Visibilidad de proyectos de innovación.
