What you need to know about this position:   Support on   People   staffing activities/HR operation related queries and tasks .   Local execution of Global Program s   (Training Events, Performance Management processes, Engagement Survey activation)    Support delivery   of continuous improvement projects related   to   Digitalization roadmap .   C oordinat ion   and communication of local initiatives   (Learning & Development Plan ,   Well Being, Diversity & Inclusion agenda )   Support   (when   needed )   also plant - related activitie s.   What extra ingredients   will you   bring:   Good planning and organization skills   Proactive and willing to take the initiative in a fast-paced environment.   Strong communication   skills, being seen as approachable and able to build strong and trusting relationships at all levels of the organization   C omputer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)   Previous   work experience in multinational company in HR function   ( preferred )   Knowledge of HR databases such   as   Workday (preferred)   Fluent in Italian and English     What we offer…     Our early careers offer a variety of challenging developmental experiences.
