Job Description Jako Starszy/a Inżynier/ka Procesu będziesz mieć ogromny wpływ na nasze procesy i metody pracy oraz będziesz aktywnie kształtować kulturę ciągłego doskonalenia (Continuous Improvement) Mondelez. Do Twoich zadań będzie należało: Opracowywanie projektów mających na celu poprawę wydajności i jakości procesów Zapewnienie odpowiedniej wydajności, niezawodności i stabilności procesu w celu rozwiązania kluczowych strat procesowych dla obszaru odpowiedzialności Projektowanie i definiowanie krytycznych parametrów procesu dla nowych linii produkcyjnych lub technologii Wspieranie tworzenia mapy strat w dziale (uwzględniających straty procesowe, techniczne, organizacyjne i kompetencyjne) Nasze wymagania: Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane techniczne oraz kierunki: chemia, biochemia, technologia spożywcza lub pokrewne Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku w firmie produkcyjnej Znajomość technologii procesów produkcji; preferowane w przemyśle spożywczym oraz urządzeń i procesów technicznych stosowanych w tej branży Znajomość zagadnień i procedur związanych procesami produkcji Umiejętności doskonalenia ciągłości procesów produkcyjnych Znajomość narzędzi analitycznych i analizy danych Bardzo dobry język angielski (min.
