How you will contribute The role supports capital project execution, and you will be accountable for the quality of the results and execution of capital projects using Mondelēz standards, and business and innovation processes in project management. You will help define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of capital investments with stakeholders so that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are provided and develop the capital budget according to the contract and forecast cash flow. You will also help ensure that applicable engineering developments and standards are properly implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices. Performing pre-engineering and technical project management processes with cost calculations, expenditure planning, and CPS-time plans. Preparing capital allocation requests according to relevant guidelines and regulations and managing the approval processes (AR Request and Approval Processes). • Ensuring investment projects are executed within the determined financial budget, in line with defined clear objectives and company procedures, and coordinating relevant project teams. • Collaborating with the purchasing department to obtain and evaluate bids and present the most suitable technical solution proposal, ensuring cost-effective project solutions. Collaborating with the Purchasing and Legal departments for contract preparation, providing technical requirements and all relevant details. Recommending selected suppliers to the Purchasing Department to obtain the best technology. • After AR approval, coordinating the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning processes of new equipment, ensuring the timely and vertically launched (VSU) commissioning of new technical equipment and building projects. • To ensure project execution within the agreed timeline and budget, and to prepare all necessary reports within the area of ​​responsibility and monitor the project implementation process. • Coordinates the procurement, installation, and commissioning of new projects and equipment in collaboration with manufacturing and R&D. • Ensures that project costs are monitored and reported in accordance with company guidelines and requirements. • As the project leader, ensures that all meetings and necessary communications with the project team are conducted effectively and closely monitors the equipment and material procurement, testing, and shipment processes throughout all phases of the project. Takes proactive measures against potential delays and risks. • Proposes and implements ideas to reduce inventory and costs, and to improve production volume and export potential. Together with the Business Development Manager, transforms business needs into engineering projects aimed at improving and increasing the efficiency of production processes in the facility/factory.
