Role Overview Key Responsibilities 1. Customer & Engagement Management Lead project initiation, planning, staffing, execution, and closure across your portfolio. Serve as the primary customer interface for Consulting delivery. Re‑engage stale projects, ensure timely reporting for active engagements, and align stakeholders across Support, ADLS (Training), PM, Product Marketing, and Engineering. Technical Skills Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products, Programming language and AI. Strong analytical capability to interpret metrics and drive data‑informed decisions. Leadership & Interpersonal Skills Ability to influence multiple cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder expectations. Excellent communication skills with senior executives and technical teams. Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution abilities. Core Competencies Customer Leadership – Ability to lead executive‑level discussions and maintain strong customer relationships. Delivery Excellence – Ensures predictable, high‑quality outcomes across engagements. Strategic Planning – Forecasts needs, identifies growth opportunities, and drives continuous improvement.
