You will manage the sales and operations execution (S&OE) process and are the cross-functional escalation point for S&OE decisions. You will achieve business results (revenue, cash, cost and service) by driving process efficiency and optimizing the decision-making process in daily operations, especially on conflicting priorities, and ensure cross-functional stakeholders are engaged. How you will contribute You will: Prepare and chair the weekly S&OE meeting, organizing insights from demand and supply planning, highlighting changes and risks, and presenting potential scenarios to resolve the demand/supply imbalances to deliver customer needs Oversee the S&OE process-escalation triggers, participation guidelines, decision-making process, continuous improvement and change management Seek consensus among all areas and clarity on decisions to be made and ensure that decisions are formally communicated and executed properly Own the Case Fill Rate and OnTime In Full governance, reporting and RCA process by working across ISC and commercial Provide projections for service and inventory in the 0-6 week-period based on S&OE execution What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in: Experience in logistics, distribution, production/operations management, and/or supply chain management (in a fact-moving consumer goods area preferred) Demonstrated experience in supply chain execution KPI management Able to understand chain-of-event impacts in different sub functions of the supply chain Effective communicator Educación: Licenciatura en Ingenierías (Industrial, Sistemas, Procesos, etc.) o carreras físico-matemáticas. Postgrado en Cadena de Suministro o Logística (deseable). Experiencia Profesional: 8-10 años de experiencia general en planificación de la cadena de suministro. Experiencia sólida y comprobada en roles de planeación, gestión de inventarios, planificación de la distribución o roles similares. Experiencia preferente en la industria de consumo masivo (FMCG). Habilidades Técnicas: Dominio avanzado de sistemas ERP (SAP ECC, Oracle). Experiencia en sistemas avanzados de planificación (SAP APO, OMP, O9). Conocimiento IBP (Integrated Business Planning), S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning). Sólidos conocimientos en Demand Planning (Planificación de la Demanda), Supply Planning (Planificación del Suministro) y DRP (Distribution Requirements Planning). Experiencia en Inventory Management (Gestión de Inventarios) y optimización de niveles de stock. Excel avanzado y herramientas de análisis de datos (Power BI, Tableau deseable). Habilidades Blandas: Pensamiento analítico y capacidad de resolución de problemas complejos. Habilidades de comunicación efectiva (oral y escrita) y de presentación. Capacidad de influencia y negociación con diferentes stakeholders. Orientación a resultados y proactividad. Liderazgo de equipos y capacidad de trabajo colaborativo. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples prioridades. Será una contratación temporal por obra determinada con fecha de termino en Marzo del 2027.
