How you will contribute Under the guidance of Mondelēz International’s legal leader or counsel, you will deliver on our legal strategy, activities, and service delivery model in a legal specialist and generalist area of focus. In this role, you provide strategic legal support to the legal business unit, region and global stakeholders and work closely with them to ensure legal concepts and implications are understood and related legal and operational risks are assessed. You will operate systems and technologies relevant to the area of support, prepare documents, gather information, and interact with business partners to deliver objectives and provide expertise and experience in a legal specialty area to identify and advise on laws and regulatory changes for a given country and/or across multiple countries. A posição está inserida na área jurídica corporativa e terá forte interface com as áreas de Comercial, Trade e Marketing, atuando tanto na frente contenciosa quanto no suporte consultivo preventivo. Mais sobre esta função Principais responsabilidades Gestão estratégica de processos de contencioso comercial e consumerista Atuação em litígios envolvendo relações de consumo, contratos comerciais, recall e temas regulatórios Análise de risco processual, definição de estratégia de defesa e condução de negociações para acordos Gestão de escritórios externos e validação de teses jurídicas Análise e acompanhamento de provisões e contingências relevantes Interface com áreas internas para suporte preventivo e mitigação de riscos Reporte de indicadores jurídicos e contingências para liderança regional e global Requisitos: Experiência sólida em contencioso cível empresarial, com foco em commercial litigation Vivência em processos estratégicos de consumidor e contratos comerciais Experiência com gestão de escritórios terceirizados Capacidade analítica para leitura de contingências e impacto financeiro Perfil estratégico, com visão de negócio e capacidade de influência Inglês avançado para interação e reporte à liderança internacional Educação / Certificações: Graduação completa em Direito OAB ativa Pós-graduação ou especialização em Direito Empresarial, Processual Civil, Direito do Consumidor ou áreas correlatas será considerado diferencial A posição está baseada em São Paulo, SP (modelo híbrido).
