You have in-depth mastery of one technical process and maintains that process using progressive maintenance standards, troubleshooting on multiple processes and issues when necessary. You will operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets, understanding losses in your area and taking the appropriate action to eliminate them. You will use autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development. In this role, you will ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination. You will bring experience and knowledge in: Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and the advanced skills to maintain equipment at basic conditions, including AM and progressive maintenance (e.g., breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment Phase 2 tools including AM Step 4, working principle, general inspection, focused improvement 12 steps, and quality management Steps 3-6 Leading a standard work process using a plan-do-check-adjust approach Responsabilidades principales: Ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento y soporte especializadas en sistemas de automatización y control, asegurando la   disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos automatizados mediante diagnósticos avanzados, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de PLC, HMI, SCADA, redes industriales y dispositivos de campo. Actuar como referente técnico en automatización, apoyar en   troubleshooting   avanzado, proponer mejoras técnicas y participar activamente en RCA y actividades   de l Pilar   IL6S - PM .   Educación: Carrera técnica en Automatización, Electrónica o Mecatrónica concluida . Experiencia: 3 + años de experiencia en mantenimiento y soporte de sistemas automatizados industriales.   Idioma: Inglés intermedio Conocimientos: Conocimientos avanzados en PLC (Allen Bradley,   Beckhoff,   etc.), SCADA, HMI, redes industriales y variadores.   Capacidad para lectura e interpretación de diagramas eléctricos y lógicos. Conocimientos en SAP PM, TPM y gestión de   backups .   Deseable experiencia en migraciones,   condicionamientos   y proyectos de automatización.   Modalidad: Presencial horario 4x4 Relocation Support Available?
