You help execute the revenue management workstream to help us optimize the return on investment on our trade spend activities. How you will contribute You will: Work with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs Complete promotional post evaluations in partnership with Finance and Marketing Support the Customer Planning Manager by providing regular reporting including volume tracking, trade spend, % promoted, seasonal in flight tracking Monitor revenue realization of any cost price increases Work with customer teams and Sales Finance to ensure all trade spend in the system is accruing correctly Attend customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan Approve promotional activity in line with guidelines with regular reviews of promotional spend What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Commercial and financial acumen Reducing complexity using an analytical, disciplined and collaborative approach Synthesizing multiple data points into a holistic position Organizing and prioritizing Problem solving Finding new and innovative solutions Working in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment a distinct advantage Customer and category knowledge a distinct advantage More about this role What you need to know about this position: Support the   strategic   planning and execution of   RGM Main pillars P ricing , PPA, Promotions and Mix Managemen t. D evelop postmortem analysis .   Conduct statistical and trend analysis to identify market opportunities,   business   strengths, and provide recommen dations t o enhance   performance   Monitor ing   existing KPI metrics   by developing   methodologies   and reports for analyzing and presenting data ,   making data-driven insights accessible and actionable   Enhance   competitor and market analysis,   identifying trends, correlations and   white spaces ; El aborate   Pricing, Promotions and PPA   strategies   to address   opportunities.     D evelop predictive models, regression modeling, price elasticity analysis, and promotion optimization to extract actionable insights from data   Work cross-functionally with   S ales,   M arketing,   F inance, and   S upply   C hain teams to ensure the proper execution of   RGM strategies   Education / Certifications: Bachelor’s   de gree   on   Economics, Finance, Engineering ,   Actuarial or   related     Job specific requirements: At least   1- 3 years of experience in roles related   to   data analysis, or revenu e growth   management , preferably in the FMCG sector   with a strong understanding of business processes related to Revenue Management, including promotions, pricing,   insights   and sales   Broader data analysis capabilities.   Previous   experience in Consumer   & shopper   Insights, Key account Management, Trade Marketing , Category   Management,   CPG consulting   or related   A bility to translate complex data into actionable solutions and processes, enabling data-driven   decision-making   Advanced   proficiency   in Microsoft   Office   with ability to quickly learn   new   software applications for data analysis and   reporting   Strong verbal a n d   written communications skills   to present findings and   recommendations   in a clear and compelling manner to   stakeholders   and leadership   Ability to function effectively   in a teamwork environment   with   strong   skills on   influencing   and leadership     Manage   Consumer   Data Basis Nielsen,   Iscam ,   Frogteck   Work schedule: English ( Advanced ).   Work schedule: Full   time   Monday to   Friday   No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary Mondelez México has been in the country since 1927 and currently employs 6,000 wonderful people.
