This includes capabilities like AI-powered image generation, quick actions for media editing, and access to thousands of templates and assets.  The Opportunity We are seeking a strategic and user-centric Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of embeddable experiences within Adobe Express. This role is pivotal in shaping how Adobe delivers subscriber value by bringing creative tools into Adobe Acrobat, Creative Cloud Desktop, and Adobe’s AI Assistants. What You'll Do Define and Guide Product Strategy: Create and manage the product roadmap for the Embed SDK, concentrating on modules, quick actions, and full editor experiences. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, build, marketing, and partner teams to deliver seamless integration experiences. Partner Engagement: Work closely with internal partners to understand their ideal user experience, gather feedback, and ensure successful Embed module adoption. User-Centric Development: Advocate for end-users by conducting user research, analyzing feedback, and ensuring the product meets diverse user needs. Performance Monitoring: Establish benchmarks, monitor product performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights. Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends in web development, SDKs, and creative tools to inform product decisions. What You'll Bring Experience: 5+ years in product management, preferably with a focus on SDKs, APIs, or developer platforms. Technical Competence: Solid grasp of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and experience using developer tools. Critical Thinking: Proven ability to develop product strategies that align with business goals and user needs. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. User Empathy: A deep understanding of user needs and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences. Collaboration: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing collaborator relationships. Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Building, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Build Sensibility: Experience with design tools and an appreciation for user experience and visual design. Global Perspective: Experience collaborating with international teams and awareness of localization factors. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,800 -- $239,725 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
