This is an outstanding opportunity to lead and innovate within a world-class sales organization dedicated to excellence and growth. You will play an integral role in driving sales success by optimizing operations and unlocking barriers to execution. What you'll Do Own the consolidation process of the Americas sales outlook for weekly review with the Sales & Finance senior leadership Program the weekly Americas forecast cadence, activating quarterly and weekly focus areas across field & operations partners Coordinate the Executive Deal Review cadence. Shape the structure, process, cadence for how we track progress of deal reviews throughout various layers of the organization Unlock sales performance by delivering action/impact analysis, customer insights, and a compelling business narrative in partnership with field leadership Own the creation of models used centrally for quarterly forecasting & annual planning processes, such as out-quarter outlook, territory planning & quota modeling. Serve as a team leader for the sales ops teams supporting 'inside' functions, such as Renewals Specialists and BDRs, running weekly 1-1's to ensure coordinated execution of processes and systems improvements Serve as the central point of contact with the sales compensation team, establishing new cadences to liaise between sales compensation and sales Partner with Deal Desk and Finance during the quarter close process to ensure a predictable close process Lead sales and operations teams through a CRM migration successfully What you need to succeed Degree or 10+ years of experience that is equivalent in practice Ability to produce executive-grade commentary and slide-ware to effectively communicate business problems and needs Proven player and leadership skills paired with ambition to lead a team. You will independently lead initiatives that involve Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, and Sales Compensation. Strong analytical abilities to build complex models across a variety of regions, segments, and products to produce insightful analysis and impactful action plans Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams and collaborators Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $106,100 -- $220,650 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $152,400 - $220,650
 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
