In this position you with work with senior leaders in the Enterprise Engineering Organization . This position will partner with leaders across Engineering, Product Management and Program Management. What you'll do Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders in the organization Work on big problems from critical organizational and people issues to identifying and developing our key leadership talent to culture and change management Ensure the implementation of the optimal organization design to enable the leadership team and the organization to scale Lead Employee Experience for the teams you support – you are the “Chief People Officer” for your business Instill a culture that resonates with Adobe’s values of Create the Future, Own the Outcome, Raise the Bar, and Be Genuine Be a leader throughout Adobe – speak up, keep it real, and agitate when necessary Speak “business” more than “HR” lingo What you need to succeed A positive, can-do, attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves Ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization Understand our business and how what you do will help us accelerate Adobe’s growth Creativity in your DNA– this is Adobe after all. Ability to remain flexible and agile in an ever-changing environment along with a willingness to always be learning BA/BS degree (that is a “Bachelor of Science”) or equivalent practical experience Sense of humor helps – ability to laugh at yourself is important especially in the world of HR 😊 A burning passion to want to accomplish what most people might call “unreasonable expectations” Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $161,900 -- $305,950 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
