Deine Aufgaben – das bringst du in Bewegung: Du führst dein Team, förderst Zusammenarbeit und sorgst für ein unterstützendes Arbeitsumfeld. Du kommunizierst klar, gibst Feedback und behältst auch in stressigen Phasen die Kontrolle. Du sicherst einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf unter Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Leistungszielen. Du planst Personal und Ressourcen effizient und wirtschaftlich. Du optimierst Produktionsprozesse kontinuierlich und vermeidest Verluste. Du analysierst Produktionsdaten und leitest Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung ab. Du erkennst Verbesserungen und setzt sie mit deinem Team pragmatisch um. Das bringst du mit – deine Zutaten zum Erfolg: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Molkereifachkraft oder Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik, Bereich Milch oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre fachspezifische Berufserfahrung mit. Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Personalführung im operativen Produktionsumfeld gesammelt. Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Führungskompetenz. Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit zeichnen Dich aus. Du bist ein Teamplayer. Du zeigst Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Entscheidungsfreude und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative. Es macht Dir Freude, den Arbeitsalltag und seine Abläufe sinnvoll zu strukturieren. Deine Arbeitsweise ist sicherheitsorientiert, strukturiert und kostenbewusst. Du bist belastbar und der Einsatz in Wechselschicht sowie ggf. regelmäßige Wochenendarbeit stellen für Dich kein Problem dar. Die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem (3–5 Schichten inkl.
