Job Description Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International? Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It With Pride. You ensure that promotional campaigns and initiatives are activated across the customer base. You explain the activation vision, provide support materials and develop in-store point-of-sale (POS) activation requirements. How you will contribute You will: I nitiate, develop and implement tailored made activations for key customers with focus on customers insights, tools & business needs. Work in close cooperation with key business functions: Marketing, Sales, CPA and 3rd party suppliers. Evaluate key activities - assessment and recommendations to maximize NR for future activations/promotions Provide on-going overview of competitors in store activities in the segment. Be responsible of the budget management  What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Cross-functional experience in area of marketing/ shopper marketing in FMCG Proven track of implementing shopper marketing activations with understanding of marketing tools, customers need, innovations. Ability to analyses data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
