How you will contribute You will: Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to global leads and/ or the program manager when needed Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live Own the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Proven experience in project management methodology Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines Strong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions   Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners Strong conceptual and analytic skills – enjoys problem solving More about this role Job Description   –    Power   BI   Role Mission   Responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, ensuring   accurate   database modeling, report automation, and the creation of executive dashboards to support business decision-making.     Key Responsibilities   • Develop,   maintain , and evolve dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring high usability and performance.   • Perform data modeling (DAX, Power Query, relationships,   fact   and dimension tables).   • Integrate different data sources (Excel, SQL, SAP, O9, internal systems, etc.).   • Create KPIs, metrics, and analyses that support strategic decisions in Supply, Finance, Sales, Planning, and other areas.   • Automate update flows and address data refresh/quality issues.   • Ensure data governance: standardization, documentation, versioning, and access control.   • Support users (key users and business areas) in understanding reports and using information correctly.   •   Identify   opportunities for improvement, simplification, and automation of analytical processes.   • Conduct diagnostics, ad hoc analyses, and data storytelling for executive   presentations.   Technical Requirements   •   Proficiency   in Power BI (advanced DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).   • Experience with data integration from ERPs and corporate systems (e.g., SAP, S4, O9, WMS).   • Solid understanding of business KPIs (Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, or as needed).   • Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions.   • Desirable: Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure, Python for data   analysis.   Soft Skills   •   Analytical and solution-oriented thinking.   • Clear communication and   structuring   of insights.   • Organization and autonomy in prioritizing deliverables.   • Ability to work with multiple areas and stakeholders.   • Attention to detail and quality of information.   No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary At Mondelēz International, our purpose is to empower people to snack right by offering the right snack, for the right moment, made the right way.
