Job Description Starte deine Ausbildung im Milka-Werk in Lörrach zum 1. September 2026 und werde Teil eines der größten Snacking-Unternehmen weltweit. Die Ausbildung zum Süßwarentechnologen/zur Süßwarentechnologin (m/w/d) bei Mondelēz International beinhaltet alle Verfahren zur Herstellung von Süßwaren aller Art. Deine Aufgaben – das bringst du in Bewegung: Du erlernst insbesondere alle Schritte der Schokoladenherstellung, vom Rösten der Kakaobohne bis zum Gießen der Schokolade Du bedienst und überwachst industrielle Anlagen, die nach vorgegebenen Rezepten Teige und Mischungen herstellen Du überprüfst die Qualität der produzierten Güter Du nimmst kleine technische Reparaturen vor Du hältst die vorgegeben Sicherheits- und Hygienemaßnahmen ein und wirkst bei der Verstärkung unserer Sicherheitskultur mit Der theoretische Teil der Ausbildung erfolgt als Blockunterricht an der Zentralfachschule der Deutschen Süßwarenwirtschaft in Solingen. Die Ausbildungsdauer beträgt insgesamt 3,5 Jahre.
