Job Description Operator Wat Jij doet: Als operator word je mee ingeschakeld aan de verschillende productielijnen. Je staat in voor het bedienen, instellen, ombouwen en onderhouden van een productie-installatie volgens vooropgestelde standaardprocedures en schema’s. Je verzekert een correcte en tijdige registratie van de verschillende parameters van het productieproces.  Daarnaast registreer je de uitgevoerde taken van het onderhoud. Je bent verantwoordelijk om de oorzaken van storingen te achterhalen en (mee) op te lossen in samenwerking met de technische dienst. Naast het uitvoeren van de operationele en administratieve taken denk je mee na over mogelijke verbeteringen op (proces)technisch gebied of qua werkmethodes. Je zorgt ervoor dat je werkplaats ordelijk is. Je rapporteert aan de Teamleader. Wat Jij Meebrengt: Je draagt veiligheid, kwaliteit en hygiëne hoog in het vaandel. Met jouw sterk analytisch vermogen en technisch inzicht help jij mee aan verbeteringen binnen onze productie. Je neemt de administratieve taken er graag bij en werkt nauwkeurig. Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent wel een teamplayer. Je hebt zin voor initiatief en bent niet bang om verantwoordelijkheden te krijgen. Je bent bereid om in alle ploegen te werken (2 ploegen, nacht en weekend).
