Business Operations Specialist (m/f/d) Company: Boeing Deutschland GmbH - BDG Boeing Global Engineering is seeking a Project Management / Engineering Operations Specialist to partner with the Germany Site Director and site leadership to deliver day-to-day business operations and engineering support. ensure assumptions are transparent, traceable, and actionable   Create and   maintain   leadership-ready dashboards, site-level performance metrics, and clear management reports; define, document, and continuously improve project metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decisions   Coordinate capacity planning and   utilization   reviews; run operating rhythm   logistics   (meetings, readouts, materials) and ensure   timely   closure of action items to   maintain   operational discipline   Lead trade studies and support engineering change proposals; document baseline support concepts and proactively escalate or resolve inconsistencies to protect schedule, cost, and quality   Design, lead, and execute test plans to   validate   supportability and verify that support requirements align with product design and lifecycle needs   Apply quantitative and statistical analysis to collect, prepare, and interpret data; deliver insights that reduce risk and guide strategic choices   Manage risks and   change : document changes, adapt plans, and communicate status and impacts to stakeholders in a structured and   timely   manner   Develop and   maintain   internal processes and documentation;
