You’ll collaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success, gaining end-to-end product exposure.   If you’re highly motivated, thrive on solving complex problems, and love bringing ideas to life — we’d love to meet you.   What You’ll Do Design, develop, and deliver innovative product features and enhancements for Adobe Captivate. Maintain and optimize existing features with a focus on performance and memory efficiency. Take full ownership of your features — from design discussions to implementation, testing, and delivery. Create technical specifications, prototypes, and presentations to effectively communicate your ideas.   What You’ll Need to Succeed 4–8 years of software and product development experience. Strong programming skills in JavaScript or React, TypeScript, C, C++, Java. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and concurrency. A penchant for problem-solving, high-quality code, and elegant design. A growth mindset — self-motivated, adaptable, and curious. You should love solving the problem, not just implementing the solution. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
