As Product Manager, you will sit at the intersection of insight, innovation, and execution—leading cross‑functional teams to drive brand growth, optimize the marketing mix, and elevate portfolio performance in a dynamic healthcare environment. This is an opportunity to influence decision‑making, challenge the status quo, and turn data‑driven insights into strategies that truly make a difference.   Job Description Key Responsibilities: Shape brand strategy and tactical plans to accelerate growth, guided by insights and performance data. Develop integrated brand and launch team content; align cross-functional stakeholders around priorities and messages. Plan and deliver promotional activities in line with code of conduct and standard operating procedures. Own budget, forecasts and expenses; optimize marketing mix to improve cost effectiveness and results. Partner with Marketing and Medical to engage centers and key opinion leaders, uncovering market opportunities. Track product performance and external environment; propose corrective actions to meet business objectives. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, administration or related fields. Pharmaceutical experience is a must. Experience in similar or related positions 3-5 years. Previous experience in marketing at least 2 years Experience with oncology/hematology areas.
