Job Description Summary Deliver operational and functional expertise in the assigned business to produce high quality scientific and tactical analytics and insights in the form of actionable and quality deliverables. In addition, provide functional and/or operational leadership (implementing management control of the assigned teams   Job Description Key Responsibilities: Set and lead the strategic and operational agenda for HEOR & HTA Evidence & Insights within the HEOR BSI group (e.g., evidence development (e.g. NIS), evidence reviews, systematic literature review, targeted literature review for all types of HEOR projects and deliverables incl. HEOR publications), ensuring alignment with Int' HEOR & HTA LT, TAs and project teams. Lead and develop a team of 5–15 associates in HEOR & HTA Evidence & Insights, building capabilities in evidence development (e.g. NIS) evidence reviews and all related techniques for TLR/SLRs etc., identify and give trainings, providing mentoring and coaching across teams to reinforce WoW. Develop and support evidence generation and reviews needed for development of HEOR & HTA projects and deliverables such as ITCs, economic models, PCO HTA requirements, HTA methods & submission guidelines and requirement, HEOR publication guidelines etc. to meet business and access objectives. Provide when needed strategic, methodological, and analytical leadership to teams and countries for development or adaptation of evidence and insights collection. In partnership with Int' HEOR Directors establish evidence surveillance and maintain systems and processes to proactively capture key HTA and payer requirements across major markets, using these insights to inform HEOR & HTA projects/deliverables in line with business needs, resources, and impact. Support Int' HEOR TAs to identify and prioritize evidence strategy and collection needed to inform IPAS, HTAP, IEPs, and BOW.  Drive operational excellence by monitoring and tracking KPIs for the assigned business, leveraging data platforms, analytics, and reporting to enable continuous improvement in the operational execution and strategic impact of evidence development activities. In alignment with Int HEOR & HTA LT, ensure optimal deployment of resources and strong people management, including resource planning, hiring, performance management, talent development and succession planning, while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, scientific rigor, and operational efficiency.  Ensure robust governance, compliance, and readiness for all evidence and insights gathering activities by adhering to processes, guidelines, SOPs, and project management standards, and by partnering with NVS stakeholders to co‑design and evolve V&A processes, guidelines, and SOPs. Minimum Requirements: Post-graduate degree (master’s or PhD) in relevant discipline (including health economics, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or business management Pharmaceutical domain knowledge ·MS-Office skills (MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Power-point) 10-12 years conducting PA (PMA / HEOR / EM) research / activities for pharmaceutical products in pharma industry, contract research organization, or academic institute; or experience in a closely related discipline within the pharma industry (e.g. clinical research, epidemiology, pricing analytics) · Ability to work, prioritize, and drive projects independently ·  Proven leadership (people management and project management   Skills Desired Agility, Agility, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Customer-Centric Mindset, Data Analysis, Employee Development, External Orientation, Finance, Go-To-Market Strategy, Healthcare Sector Understanding, Health Economics, Health Policy, Health Technology Assessment (HTA), Influencing Skills, Innovation, Inspirational Leadership, Market Access Strategy, People Management, Pharmacoeconomics, Pricing Strategy, Process Management, Product Launches, Project Management, Real World Evidence (RWE), Regulatory Affairs {+ 7 more}
