Job Description Summary #LI-Hybrid Location: Baarle Nassau, Netherlands Relocation Support: This role is based in Baarle Nassau, Netherlands. You will play a key role in keeping our production operations running smoothly every day, ensuring we can deliver high quality medicines to patients who rely on them. In this role, you’ll be the trusted problem solver who supports deviation handling, drives process improvements, and contributes to meaningful operational projects. If you enjoy working close to the process, identifying root causes, and strengthening a culture of quality, this position offers a chance to make a real impact while continuously developing your technical expertise.   Job Description Key Responsibilities  Initiate and manage deviations to support compliant production processes.  Lead investigations and perform thorough root cause analyses.  Execute and track document changes to maintain process accuracy.  Resolve first‑line production issues to ensure continuous operations.  Support projects that strengthen production performance.  Contribute to process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.  Essential Requirements  A completed vocational or bachelor’s degree in a technical or life‑science field such as Engineering, Biology, Medical Laboratory Research, or Chemical Analysis or similar area’s  Practical experience within a pharmaceutical or controlled production environment.  Strong analytical abilities to identify improvement opportunities and support root cause investigations.  High attention to detail and accuracy in daily operations and documentation tasks.  Desirable Requirements  Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice environment or in a production setting.  Previous exposure to quality assurance processes or quality‑related responsibilities.  Commitment To Diversity And Inclusion Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.   Skills Desired Data Analytics, digital skills, General Hse Knowledge  , gmp knowledge, process excellence, Resilience
