Kluczowych Klientów (KAM) będziesz odpowiedzialny za zarządzanie relacjami z ważnymi klientami na szczeblu lokalnym. Twoją rolą będzie nawiązywanie oraz utrzymanie stosunków z kluczowymi interesariuszami. Rozwijając dogłębne zrozumienie problemów, z jakimi borykają się nasi klienci w kontekście opieki reumatologicznej, będziesz mógł realnie wpływać na poprawę opieki nad pacjentami reumatologicznymi. #LI-Hybrid   Job Description Kluczowe obowiązki: Kierowanie sprzedażą, promocją i rozwojem na podległym terenie w celu osiągnięcia wyznaczonych celów. Opracowywanie strategii rozwoju klienta oraz dedykowanych planów działania KAM dla przypisanych klientów, dostosowanych do celów ośrodków i ich realizacja. Przygotowywanie strategii i indywidualnych planów taktycznych oraz wnoszenie strategicznego wkładu w zakresie analizy, przyszłego potencjału i kluczowych programów wymaganych dla ośrodków/klientów. Przygotowywanie i negocjowanie umów oraz kierowanie inicjatywami, które firma uruchamia w celu dotarcia do konkretnego klienta. Analizowanie sytuacji rynkowej, w tym działań wywiadowczych dotyczących kluczowych klientów i kluczowych konkurentów. Organizowanie wydarzeń dla klientów i innych programów samodzielnie lub we współpracy z działem marketingu/medycznym, zgodnie z uzgodnionymi biznesowymi planami taktycznymi. Realizacja planu działań sprzedażowych oraz osiąganie uzgodnionych celów sprzedażowych i szerszych celów wydajnościowych dla własnej części organizacji.   Kluczowe Wymagania Min. 3-letnie doświadczenie w branży farmaceutycznej i/lub w sektorze ochrony zdrowia. Min. 2-letnie doświadczenie w reumatologii. Doświadczenie w pracy i zarządzaniu relacjami z kluczowymi ośrodkami i klientami. Płynny polski w mowie i piśmie. Komunikatywny język angielski.
