Job Description Summary The role of a Global IT Sourcing Manager- IT Software involves providing high-value procurement solutions to the business, supporting third-party vendor selection, vendor development, technology management, and performance measurement activities. The goal is to ensure best-in-class delivery of external services and products in the Data, Digital & IT Category, achieving year-on-year productivity improvements, cost savings, and process improvements in close collaboration with business & IT stakeholders   Job Description Key responsibilities: Lead end‑to‑end sourcing initiatives for IT Software categories, translating global category strategies into actionable sourcing plans that deliver measurable value. Execute complex sourcing events and negotiations with global software suppliers, ensuring competitive commercial outcomes and adherence to governance and compliance standards. Drive supplier performance management, risk assessment, and contractual compliance to safeguard business continuity and maximize value. Partner proactively with IT and cross‑functional stakeholders to shape demand, provide spend transparency, and serve as a trusted advisor on sourcing decisions. Contribute to the development and refresh of category strategies, identifying optimization opportunities such as contract consolidation, supplier rationalization, and innovation adoption. Build and maintain a robust savings pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting of productivity and cost‑optimization initiatives across the software portfolio. Oversee contracting activities in collaboration with Legal and cross‑functional partners, ensuring negotiated terms are accurately reflected and fully compliant across systems. Ensure strong risk, governance, and compliance management while collaborating with Finance, OpEx, SAM, Architecture, Legal, and Central Procurement to support operational excellence. Minimum Requirements: University/Advanced degree is required. 10+ years of relevant subject experience (IT Software Procurement related experience, End to end Sourcing/RFPs, Supplier Management, Finance , knowledge on AI/Gen AI). Strong project management and stakeholder management experience LANGUAGES Excellent spoken and written English.   Skills Desired Internal And External Customer Needs Analysis & Satisfaction Studies, Negotiating, Root Cause Analysis And Problem-Solving, Vendor Management
