About the Role 以银保愿景与目标为指导，规划与建设销售队伍招募、培养、成长的全流程管理体系与机制，系统支持销售队伍专业能力培养，不断提升销售队伍专业化程度，助力友邦银保差异化战略的有效落实。 岗位职责： 销售队伍发展策略与目标管理 根据银保业务发展战略与规划，制定银保销售队伍发展策略，并进一步明确队伍成长目标、节奏； 关注队伍核心指标（如活动率、留存率等），建立动态监测与分析体系，以及时发现偏差并相应进行人力发展督导，推动机构有效达成目标。 队伍成长体系建设与落实 统筹制定队伍招募管理、成长、荣誉体系等标准与框架体系，拓展与创新招募举措，策划增员宣传系列活动，扩大增员品牌影响力； 明确销售队伍分层体系、画像概貌，制定持续优化销售队伍行为管理标准与发展路径； 根据销售队伍细分和合作伙伴特征，组织设计、审查和持续优化薪酬和激励政策（“基本法”）； 领导队伍招募与管理系统、工具开发工作，实现队伍管理信息化、智能化，显著提升管理效率与水平。 绩优团队搭建与大单追踪 关注绩优与主管队伍建设，挖掘其发展瓶颈与成功经验，推动经验萃取与知识共享，形成可复制方法论，加速人才成长； 统筹大单线索管理，协调跨部门资源，不断提升大单成交能力。 培训赋能管理 搭建队伍培训课程、讲师与管理机制，组织推动通用、标准化课程落实； 基于销售队伍分级分类情况与成长需求，组织制定中长期培训规划与短期培训计划，并督导规划与计划的实际执行； 领导培训体系搭建与实施工作，根据销售队伍分类（如新人、主管与绩优人群）的能力成长要求，组织课程与培训资源开发与协调，匹配建立培训课程体系与资源库（如通用课程、标准化课程等）； 主导讲师与荣誉体系建设与管理，涵盖内外勤或专职/兼职讲师队伍建设，以及配套的认证、激励与荣誉机制； 统筹培训系统建设与运营管理，包括线上培训平台建设，内容管理及推广运营等。 岗位要求： 大学本科及以上学历 ， 10-15 年综合管理经验； 拥有丰富的金融（银行、保险等）从业经验与专业知识； 熟悉银保业务经营模式以及 B2B2C 的商业模式； 优秀的团队管理能力与沟通影响力、关系拓展能力； 客户导向，较强的抗压能力，规划决策能力以及面对不确定性的快速反应能力； 中英文流利。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
