About the Role Responsible for supporting the Workday and payroll integration setup ​Roles and Responsibilities: Support Workday–payroll configuration and integration setup Execute integration processes and provide efficient, SLA‑based end‑user support. Participate in project activities including UAT, documentation, and deployment. Monitor system alerts and errors, taking timely corrective actions. Validation of setup and configurations accuracy. Maintain integration specifications, documentation, and process maps. Ensure data accuracy, system stability, and reliable data flow between Workday and payroll vendors. Job Requirements: Extensive experience using Workday, with strong hands‑on expertise in both configuration and integrations. Proven experience conducting UAT for Workday modules and integrations. Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable Workday solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Proactive, analytical, and detail‑oriented, with strong troubleshooting and documentation capabilities.
